Needle valve hot runner

Needle valve hot runner is a hot runner injection molding system that uses a special needle valve to control the flow of molten plastic during injection molding. In needle valve hot runners, plastic material is sealed in the valve body by an inflatable seal called a “bulb” that rotates around a groove to control the flow of plastic during injection.

Compared with the conventional hot runner injection molding system, the needle valve hot runner has the following advantages:
