Hot runner solution

Compared with traditional cold runner injection molding technology, hot runner injection molding technology has higher yield, more accurate injection, less scrap, and lower cost. Here are some common hot runner solutions:

Ribbon hot runner: This method can carry multiple hot runners, so more injection molded parts can be produced in smaller molds while minimizing waste.

Point hot runner: This method has only one hot runner, which can accurately position the flowing thermoplastic in the mold, so that injection molded parts with extremely high precision requirements can be produced.

Multi-cylinder hot runner : Compared with single-cylinder hot runner, multi-cylinder hot runner can allow plastic materials of various colors to be injection molded at the same time, and is suitable for injection molded parts that require multiple colors or materials.

Temperature molding system: This system can automatically adjust the temperature of the mold and the temperature in the heated container according to the geometry of the mold and the type of material, so that it can ensure that the plastic material is injected into the mold at an optimal temperature.
